The box type online degassing equipment is located in a closed box, using high-purity (99.996% or more) inert gas to rotate through the rotor to form a large number of dispersed bubbles. During the floating process of the aluminum melt, the bubbles capture hydrogen and oxide inclusions in the aluminum melt and bring them out of the surface, thereby reducing hydrogen content, removing oxide slag, reducing impurities such as alkali metals, and achieving degassing and refining effect. Under strict process conditions, the box type online degassing device can achieve a degassing efficiency of over 60%.
The tilting degassing equipment can dump the residual aluminum liquid from the box, facilitating the switching of aluminum alloys and reducing energy consumption.
